Job Description

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Identify potential candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from posting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates and ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Negotiate offers and finalize hiring in alignment with company standards and budget.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with department heads and senior management to understand workforce requirements.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications based on business needs.
- Ensure consistent communication and coordination with hiring teams for timely feedback and updates.
HR Branding & Engagement:
- Represent the company professionally to potential candidates and promote employer branding.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other networking events.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and strategies to enhance candidate experience.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate data in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Proven experience (minimum 2-5 years preferred) in
end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
.
Strong understanding of
recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms
.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a people-first mindset.
