Job Description

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

    • Identify potential candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Recruitment Process Management:

    • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from posting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
    • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Coordinate with candidates and ensure a smooth interview experience.
    • Negotiate offers and finalize hiring in alignment with company standards and budget.
  3. Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Partner with department heads and senior management to understand workforce requirements.
    • Develop job descriptions and specifications based on business needs.
    • Ensure consistent communication and coordination with hiring teams for timely feedback and updates.
  4. HR Branding & Engagement:

    • Represent the company professionally to potential candidates and promote employer branding.
    • Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other networking events.
    • Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and strategies to enhance candidate experience.
  5. Documentation & Compliance:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate data in HR systems.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
    • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    .
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-5 years preferred) in

    end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms

    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a people-first mindset.
