Senior Quality Manager

Position - Senior Manager - QADepartment -QualityRole The Senior QA Manager shall be over all in charge of the QA processes and procedures of the company like Supplier Quality, Incoming Quality, In process Quality, finished goods Quality and customer Quality, IMS-MR, Bifma & system improvement, Kaizen implementation-coordination, Reduce rejections, improve First pass yield and Training people. Responsibilties Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues

• Monitor all operations that affect quality (Supplier Quality, Incoming Quality, in process Quality, FG Quality, Customer Quality)
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
• Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action - Improvement in First Pass Yield through Reduction in Rejection / Rework / Complaints with effective system of CAPA implementation to prevent recurrences
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• Review current standards and policies - MR for IMS and BIFMA Documentation and System implementation. Carryout Documentation, internal audits, External audits and system adherence as per standard requirement
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
• Support Kaizen, improvement projects, 5s implementation across the FOS
• Involve actively in NPD process during release of product
• Pre-requisties
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in the field
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Outstanding communication skills
• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.37 - ₹1,500,000.80 per year
