As an Executive in the Purchase & Stores Department, your role will involve day to day preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) for all inward bills and monthly stock statement. Your responsibilities will include: - Day to day preparation of GRN for all inward bills - Preparation of Material Receipt Inspection (MRI) - Following up to regularize Delivery Challan (DC) for vendor place unloading bills - Updating Material Requisition Slip (MRS) in ERP for all import items - Entering GRN No. in Day book while giving bill to the Accounting Department - Daily entry of MRS given by Production to Stores Department - Following up on monthly stock statement from vendor place - Preparing and submitting monthly stock statement to the Accounting Manager - Following up on stationery items, printing items, and issuing them - Preparation of job orders - Generation of E-Way Bill Pre-requisites for this position include: - Diploma/Degree qualification - Good computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & ERP processes - Ability to handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Strictly follow project timelines as per requirements - Maintain good communication and coordination with all departments - Be flexible in working hours as per the business needs - Perform any other tasks required by the management This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
