Junior Recruiter

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by implementing effective strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and Attraction: - Create and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and job fairs. - Screening and Selection: - Review resumes and applications, conduct phone or video interviews, and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Collaboration: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand department needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process. - Candidate Management: - Manage candidate information using applicant tracking systems (ATS), schedule interviews, and provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process. - Offer and Onboarding: - Prepare job offer letters, negotiate salaries, and assist with onboarding new employees as required. - Market Awareness: - Stay updated on recruiting trends, best practices, and relevant HR legislation to continuously improve the recruitment processes. Essential Qualifications: - Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, MBA in Human Resource or a related field is often required. - Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and organizational skills are crucial. - Software Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite is generally expected. - Experience: Prior recruitment experience through internships or entry-level HR roles is beneficial.
