About the Role:IAMOPS is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2–3 years of experience in tech sales — ideally someone who has worked in a fast-paced startup environment. If you're passionate about technology, skilled in identifying high-potential leads, and excited by the idea of helping businesses solve real problems, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential customers via outbound channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).• Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to assess fit and interest and qualify them for the next stage in the sales cycle. • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff and drive pipeline growth. • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of outreach and lead activity in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Campaign Support: Help create and execute personalized outreach strategies. • Product Understanding: Gain and demonstrate deep knowledge of our products and how they meet customer needs. What We’re Looking For: • 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Inside Sales, or related tech sales role. • Prior experience working in a startup environment is a strong plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with decisionmakers. • Organized and self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms. • A genuine interest in technology and continuous learning. Nice to Have: • Experience with SaaS or B2B software solutions. • Familiarity with outbound sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.). • Exposure to lead scoring, segmentation, and inbound/outbound funnel strategies.
