Junior Recruiter

You are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is eager to establish a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial phone interviews to screen candidates for basic qualifications and fit. - Conduct video screening interviews to assess both personality and technical fit. - Independently handle at least one position from end to end. - Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. - Share rejection emails with candidates who do not meet the job requirements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Ensure all candidate information and interview feedback are properly documented. - Assist with other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. - Graduate in MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any other relevant field. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Previous internship experience in a related field preferred. - Strong email writing and professional correspondence skills. - Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
