About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and update job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, applications, and referrals.
• Conduct

  telephonic screenings

  to evaluate candidate fit (communication, background, interest, availability, salary expectations).
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress on ATS/Excel.
• Draft and send candidate communications (shortlisting, rejection, follow-ups).
• Support campus hiring initiatives and connect with placement cells if needed.
• Assist in onboarding activities for new hires (documentation, induction coordination).

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing MBA (preferably with specialization in HR).
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition/HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting professional

  telephonic conversations

  with candidates.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS is a plus.
• Available for 5 hours per day on a flexible/part-time schedule.
