About the Role:

Junior Recruiter

 

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial phone interviews to screen candidates for basic qualifications and fit.
  • Conduct video screening interviews to assess both personality and technical fit.
  • Be responsible for independently handling at least one position from end to end.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Share rejection emails with candidates who do not meet the job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure all candidate information and interview feedback are properly documented.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
  2. Graduate in MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any other relevant field.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  4. Previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
  5. Strong email writing and professional correspondence skills.
  6. Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
  7. Experience required : 6 Months to 2 Years
