Junior HR Recruiter / Counselor

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years (Female candidate)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and manage a strong database of qualified candidates for bulk and niche hiring needs.
• Conduct career counseling sessions to guide candidates professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and clients.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably with HR consultancy, edtech, or digital marketing agency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in mass hiring and candidate relationship management.
• Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent database tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
