Purchase Executive will beresponsible for preparation, co-ordination and maintenance of Purchase Orders and also responsible to receive and TPL/MRS register maintain.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare all purchase indents and purchase approval in ERP

· Prepare all purchase order/job orders in ERP.

· Coordinate to send all purchase order to suppliers by email/courier.

· Preparing Vendor wise Raw Material (boards) pending statement.

· Maintain MRS TPL day to day basis and coordinate with Purchase Manager.

· Maintaining purchase order and filing indent copies.

· Scanning all quotations in general folder for Audit Purpose at account dept.

· Maintain Project wise Powder requirements statement.

· ERP Raw materials /BOC/ Hardware’s Master Creations.

· Preparing glass / Edgebanding pending orders statement weekly wise.

· Receiving of TPL / MRS for purchase department & distribution of the above all concerned persons in the department.

· Receiving of Storage Hardware’s and Hardware’s list from Planning and issuing it to stores

· Receiving Snag request and Distribution.

Pre-requisites:

· Diploma/Degree

· Good computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office

· ERP PROCESS

· Responsible for good communications & co ordination with internal depts..

· Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion.

Other Tasks:

· Strictly follow the timelines of projects as per requirement.

· Responsible for good communications & co ordination with all depts.

· Must be flexible in working hours in case of requirement.

· Any other task which is required by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.89 - ₹30,000.61 per month
