The Store and Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables, along with overseeing inventory and store operations. The role ensures a seamless supply of quality materials to support production activities, optimizing cost efficiency, supplier performance, and stock control within an HVAC manufacturing environment. Key Skills Required: Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Inventory & Store Management Vendor Development & Negotiation Cross-functional Coordination (PPC, QC, Production) Process Implementation & Compliance Roles and Responsibilities: Source and procure HVAC components, raw materials, and consumables. Identify, evaluate, and develop vendor/supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. Manage purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and follow up with vendors for timely fulfillment. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs. Maintain and update daily stock and material movement reports. Oversee goods receipt, inspection, and issuance of materials to production. Ensure proper inventory management practices such as FIFO/LIFO and optimal stock levels. Conduct regular stock verification and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Coordinate with PPC and QC teams for material planning and quality inspections. Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and safety protocols in store operations.
