Store and Purchase Executive

Role Overview: As a Stock Controller at the hotel, your primary responsibility will be receiving and forwarding all goods and deliveries to the correct storage areas. You will play a crucial role in maintaining clear records, monitoring inventory levels, and compiling orders based on the needs of the establishment. Your attention to detail is vital as you verify goods received, refuse damaged items, and ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the storage areas. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and forward goods to the correct storage areas - Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock - Monitor inventory levels and compile orders - Maintain clear and organized records - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in storage areas - Verify goods received and refuse damaged items - Ensure quantity requested matches quantity issued - Conduct inventory and stock audits - Complete requisition forms and update inventory management system - Work closely with Purchasing for ordering and receiving items - Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and oversee the return process - Follow Health and Safety procedures for food and beverage items - Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred Note: In this role, you will work full-time at the hotel location.
