We are looking for a Store and Purchase Assistant to join our growing team and support the smooth functioning of our manufacturing and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, trims, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for daily material requirements.
• Manage inward and outward stock entries, issue slips, and storage organization.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and documentation of all materials.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system stock.

Purchasing & Procurement

• Source and purchase fabrics, accessories, and other raw materials as per production requirements.
• Maintain supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.
• Obtain price quotations and negotiate for best rates and quality.
• Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining purchase orders, GRNs, and other procurement documentation.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Liaise with production, design, and merchandising departments for material flow and order status.
• Generate daily/weekly stock and purchase reports.
• Support management in optimizing inventory levels and cost efficiency.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping and purchase within a garment manufacturing or textile setup.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of garment materials, trims, and vendor networks will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
