Experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse cum Store Manager with a strong background in inventory control, logistics, procurement, and team leadership. Skilled in maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring accurate records, managing warehouse staff. and coordinating with procurement and concern stake holders to ensure timely availability of materials essential for operation. Adept at implementing best practices for warehouse organization, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth processes and high standards of service. Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Oversee regular inventory audits, including cycle counts and stock reconciliations, to ensure system accuracy. Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) using SAP reporting tools. o Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals. Ensure store operations comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, health and safety standards, and product safety regulations. Oversee loss prevention efforts, ensuring that security protocols are followed to minimize shrinkage and theft. o Regularly update and maintain SAP records to ensure accuracy across all store operations. Inventory and various audit management Coordinate with sourcing team/One SRM for procurement of consumables and renewal of MHE RC Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in SAP: Strong knowledge of the SAP system, particularly SAP Material movement (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production module. Ability to use SAP for tracking inventory, sales, reporting management. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, suppliers, and upper management. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of warehouse/Store EHS procedures and regulations Ability to manage teams, schedules, and performance Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience with bachelors degree in related fields like business management, retail management, logistics or Relevant industry. Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is also preferable .

Responsibilities: * Prepares regular business reports, checks for accuracy and completeness of P&L and BS . * Have to carry out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations. * Supports evaluations of assets and liabilities. * Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan, and pursues effects of agreed measures. * Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, Repair and maintenance, R&D etc cost analysis. * Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management. * Review and analysis of Balance Sheet, Inventory and P&L at factory level * Review and analysis of PAS provisions and other provisions and accruals * Coordinating external/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing audits, cost audit, ICFR audit etc. * Enabling a smooth co-ordination for Inventory audits, Cost Audit, Assets verification * Drive the digitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process & productivity improvement. Desired Skills: You should have minimum experience of 6-8 years with bachelors degree in commerce or finance or accounting degree like B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, PGDM in Finance/CS/ICWA Have SAP and advanced level of Excel skills will have added advantage. Have good communication skill to deal with different stakeholders within/outside organization. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Planning, Execution & Monitoring of daily Inwards & Outwards shipments Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inbound and outbound shipments & ensure timely & accurate fulfilment of orders.
