Own the
end-to-end quality strategy
for multiple products, from requirements to release.
Define, implement, and maintain
test automation frameworks
for web, backend, and API layers.
Validate features through manual
exploratory testing
to uncover edge cases and integration gaps.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure
requirements are testable and complete
.
Prevent regressions by establishing
smoke tests, integration tests, and regression suites
.
Ensure PRs meet a quality bar by aiding developers in r
eviews, test cases, and coverage discussions
.
Drive root cause analysis of production issues and feed learnings back into development practices.
Foster a
quality-first mindset across the team
, educate engineers about testing, CI/CD quality gates, and release discipline.
Work comfortably in
highly uncertain, dynamic startup conditions
where documentation may lag and processes are evolving.

Requirements

5+ years
of experience in testing software products with at least
2+ years in automation
.
Strong knowledge of
automation frameworks
(e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, PyTest).
Experience testing
REST/GraphQL APIs
and microservices.
Solid background in
test planning, writing test cases, and executing test strategies
.
Proven track record of
breaking complex systems
and identifying subtle integration issues.
Comfort with
fast-paced startup environments
—able to adapt quickly with minimal structure.
Working knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
and integrating automated tests into them.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work
proactively across teams

Experience with

Exposure to

Familiarity with
