As a Senior QA Engineer, you will develop and implement quality strategies, mentor QA engineers, define quality standards, monitor metrics, ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet high quality standards.

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Mentor the QA engineers
- Coordinate and oversee manual and automated testing efforts, including defining test strategies and selecting appropriate tools.
- Monitor and report on key quality and defect metrics to track progress and inform stakeholders.
- Work closely with development and product teams to define quality requirements and integrate quality practices into the entire development lifecycle.
- Drive initiatives to improve overall product quality and the efficiency of QA processes.
- Identify and mitigate quality-related risks and participate in release planning.
- Ensure products and processes adhere to industry regulations, security standards, and relevant policies.

You Should Bring The Following Skills And Experiences
- 5+ years of experience in defining & implementing test strategies / QA Roadmaps
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Background in developing and managing automated test suites using tools (Postman, Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured or similar) and scripting languages.
- Experience with software testing, defect tracking, and quality management systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with performance testing, load testing, and security testing.
- Experience with database testing and data management tools (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to implement QA processes in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders
- Experience in testing commercial insurance platforms is a big plus
