About The Role

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will develop and implement quality strategies, mentor QA engineers, define quality standards, monitor metrics, ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet high quality standards.

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
Mentor the QA engineers
Coordinate and oversee manual and automated testing efforts, including defining test strategies and selecting appropriate tools.
Monitor and report on key quality and defect metrics to track progress and inform stakeholders.
Work closely with development and product teams to define quality requirements and integrate quality practices into the entire development lifecycle.
Drive initiatives to improve overall product quality and the efficiency of QA processes.
Identify and mitigate quality-related risks and participate in release planning.
Ensure products and processes adhere to industry regulations, security standards, and relevant policies.

About You

You Should Bring The Following Skills And Experiences

5+ years of experience in defining & implementing test strategies / QA Roadmaps
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks
Background in developing and managing automated test suites using tools (Postman, Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured or similar) and scripting languages.
Experience with software testing, defect tracking, and quality management systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Experience with performance testing, load testing, and security testing.
Experience with database testing and data management tools (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to implement QA processes in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders
Experience in testing commercial insurance platforms is a big plus
