This role is for one of our clients Industry: Technology, Information and Media Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Min Experience: 7 years JobType: full-time About The Role We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Architect (Full Stack) with over 7 years of experience to lead our quality engineering efforts. In this role, you will architect, implement, and optimize full stack automation strategies that improve product reliability, enable faster delivery cycles, and support scalable test coverage across web, backend, and API layers. This is not just a QA role — it’s an opportunity to design intelligent automation systems, build modern frameworks, and work alongside development and DevOps teams to bake quality into every step of the SDLC. What You’ll Do Architect and implement robust automation frameworks for web, backend, and API testing using the latest tools and best practices. Drive the creation of reusable testing components and standardized automation libraries to accelerate quality efforts. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines. Develop comprehensive automated test suites including regression, smoke, integration, and performance testing. Analyze failures, identify root causes, and work directly with developers to resolve issues efficiently. Monitor test coverage, optimize test execution time, and continuously improve the reliability of automation pipelines. Build real-time dashboards and alerting systems to provide visibility into test health and release readiness. Guide teams on test strategy, coding standards, and best practices in automated quality assurance. Lead the adoption of modern test methodologies in fast-moving Agile environments. What You Bring 7+ years of experience in full stack software testing and test automation. Deep programming expertise in one or more languages such as Java , Python , or Node.js . Strong knowledge of frontend development and testing, ideally using frameworks like React.js , Angular , or Vue.js . Proven hands-on experience with UI automation tools like Selenium , Playwright , Cypress , or TestCafe . Solid background in API test automation using Postman , REST Assured , or Karate . Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins , GitHub Actions , GitLab , or CircleCI . Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or GCP for deploying and testing in distributed environments. Comfortable with container technologies like Docker ; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus. Strong grasp of test design principles, automation strategies, and system integration. Excellent analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter , Locust , or Gatling . Previous work in microservices architecture and testing distributed systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like JIRA , TestRail , or Zephyr . Thought leadership or mentorship experience within QA/automation teams. Show more Show less
