Role Overview

Senior Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete procurement cycle, from vendor identification to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure the best value.
• Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth operations.
• Evaluate and monitor vendor performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams to align procurement with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and market analysis skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are advantageous.
