Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with customer inquiries, schedule diagnostic tests, provide information about services, and resolve customer issues. Additionally, the Telecaller will maintain customer databases, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in maintaining customer databases and records
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience in telecalling or a related field is preferred
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or healthcare are a plus
