The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in laboratory diagnostics with a specialization in reviewing and approving the first level of diagnostic test reports. Key Responsibilities: • Review and verify test results generated by lab technicians. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standard diagnostic protocols. • Approve first-level test reports prior to final validation. • Collaborate with lab personnel to address any discrepancies or retesting requirements. • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and documentation. • Adhere to industry regulations and internal SOPs.
