Territory Sales Manager – Molecular for Patna

About the Company:

CPL Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand molecular diagnostics business in

  Patna and nearby territories

  .
• Identify and onboard new referral sources including

  doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers

  .
• Promote molecular test menus such as

  RT-PCR, Oncology, Genetics, Infectious Disease panels

  , and other specialized assays.
• Achieve assigned

  monthly and quarterly sales targets

  through structured field visits and relationship management.
• Conduct

  daily field visits (minimum 7–10 calls per day)

  and maintain proper call plans and reporting.
• Coordinate with phlebotomy, logistics, and lab teams to ensure smooth sample collection and timely reporting.
• Handle pricing discussions, service issues, and client escalations professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and documentation standards.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate in

  Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / BMLT / Any Graduate

  Pharmacy.

• Minimum

  1–3 years of experience

  in

  diagnostics / molecular sales / healthcare sales

  .
• Strong understanding of

  molecular diagnostics and referral business model

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
