Role Overview

Territory Business Executive (TBE)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and grow business within the assigned territory.
• Build and sustain relationships with doctors, diagnostic labs, nursing homes, and clinics.
• Promote the full range of CPL Diagnostics’ services and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends.
• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidate Profile

• Strong skills in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management.
• Proficient in Market Research and Reporting.
• Awareness of healthcare diagnostics and industry trends (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostic sales is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Remuneration
