Role Overview

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of management.
• Assist in preparation for meetings, conferences, and business reviews.
• Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Support in project coordination and business documentation.
• Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized and accessible manner.
• Undertake special assignments and research work as directed by management.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Consistent team follow-up is the key to driving compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Management or related field.
• Minimum

  2–4 years of experience

  as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Prior experience in the healthcare/diagnostics/biotech industry will be an advantage.
