Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage the MD’s daily schedule, calendar, and appointments
• Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, leadership meetings, and client meetings
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and presentations
• Record minutes of meetings (MoM) and track action items to completion
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
• Manage travel expenses, reimbursements, and related documentation
• Liaise with senior management, vendors, consultants, and government officials as required
• Represent the MD in meetings when delegated
• Assist in strategic planning, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
• Coordinate with departments Head for MD-related matters
• Support policy implementation, audits, and compliance activities
• Improve administrative processes for better efficiency

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
