Job Description

Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive 📍 Location: Solan, Himachal Pradesh 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 💼 Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) 💰 Salary: 15K - 25K Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing while maintaining strong supplier relationships and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors for quality, price, and delivery speed Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors Create and manage purchase orders (POs) Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts Follow up on deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations Generate regular reports on purchasing activities and costs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement role (manufacturing or trading industry preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP software is a plus Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
