Senior Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable HVAC equipment and labour suppliers.
• Handled the Laboure Contractor finalization, from MEP back ground
• Procurement: Manage the entire purchase cycle, from raising purchase orders to tracking deliveries and verifying the accuracy of goods received against specifications.
• Cost Management: Conduct cost-effective purchasing, contribute to cost-saving initiatives, and monitor purchase budgets.
• Technical Expertise: Understand technical specifications for HVAC equipment and components, such as ducting, piping, and electrical parts, to ensure correct purchasing.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase order files, and ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
• Logistics: Track and manage the logistics of goods, including coordinating with contractors, verifying invoices, and ensuring L.R. (Lorry Receipt) and E-waybill copies are submitted.
• System Updates:Regularly update purchase and contractor data in the company's accounting and inventory management systems (e.g., Tally, Growsmart).
• Market Research:Stay updated on the latest market trends and new HVAC technologies to source the most suitable and efficient equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:4-5 of experience in procurement, with specific exposure to HVAC projects and equipment.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and related mechanical and electrical items.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing costs, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory and accounting software like Tally and Growsmart.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors, internal teams, and project managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.86 - ₹45,000.92 per month
