Role & responsibilities IT Infrastructure & Troubleshooting: Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues related to: Hardware (Laptops, printers, WiFi routers, etc.) Software (Upgrades, troubleshooting, security patches) User downtime (Tracking reasons and creating action plans) Third-party hardware (Blackbox) - Logging user complaints and coordinating resolutions Domain-related issues (Ensuring whitelisting for customers/suppliers to avoid email bounce-backs) Email management (Regular reviews of webmail server and storage) Website monitoring and maintenance Internet connectivity and uptime ERP system issues (Following up with vendors for timely resolution) ERP Servers & related IT infrastructure IT Implementation & User Support: Plan, coordinate, and implement IT installations with zero downtime for users. Respond swiftly to user IT issues and train them to handle basic recurring problems. Create training videos on common IT issues, obtain approval, and upload them on the company intranet. Develop workflows and user guides to enhance operational efficiency. Analyze the existing IT setup and propose scalable solutions for improvement. Ensure data security by implementing centralized routing through Blackbox for data protection. Maintain IT records and logs in an Excel tracker, documenting root causes and resolutions. Network & Data Security Management: Ensure all computers are configured for centralized security routing. Gain in-depth knowledge of Blackbox security systems and update rule sheets periodically. Understand and assist in implementing Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace , helping management with trials and execution. Support SharePoint implementation within the organization. Maintain strict data protection protocols throughout all IT trials and implementations. Conduct weekly email audits to ensure data security, reviewing automated email summaries with management. Technical Expertise & Support: Network Mapping - Identifying and managing network infrastructure. Resolving IP conflicts and DNS-related issues . Managing Google Workspace (User creation, deletion, monitoring, access control, and security restrictions). Required Skill Set : Proficiency in MS Excel & Word for documentation and reporting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and troubleshooting. Experience in data protection and cybersecurity best practices. Understanding of email hosting servers and domain management . Ability to upgrade software and hardware efficiently. Google Workspace expertise (user management, security settings, access control). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail . Excellent communication and listening skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written) Organizational and management skills to handle IT operations effectively Qualification IT Engineer, MS certification, experience to handle a growing business with over 60 users spread across 2 plants.

The role will involve recruiting, supporting, and developing talent, enhancing performance, and ensuring strong compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strategic thinking and operational expertise to manage and optimize our HR initiatives. Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Source appropriate candidates for open positions through job portals, referrals, and other channels. Conduct initial telephonic interviews followed by face-to-face rounds; coordinate final interviews with management and senior team members. Maintain detailed candidate records and share joining letters upon final approval. Ensure collection of necessary documents (e.g., PAN card, ID proofs) and complete joining formalities. Maintain individual case files for each employee, including bio-data, salary history, and performance evaluations. Employee Engagement & Training Plan and organize induction programs for new hires in consultation with HODs. Design, implement, and monitor training plans based on identified needs and company goals. Maintain and update a training calendar and report training effectiveness to management. Conduct programs aimed at boosting employee morale and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal and external training faculties and communicate training schedules. Handle bonus, gratuity, and full & final settlement calculations. Manage petty cash, prepare vouchers, and maintain personal and contractor accounts. Ensure timely salary settlements in coordination with management. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (MPCB, Labour Department, etc.). Maintain and update documentation for PF, ESIC, insurance renewals, and related settlements. Keep accurate charge handover records and other employee movement documentation. Assist in managing contractor bills and settlements. Manage group personal accounts, loan and advance records. General HR Operations Implement and enforce corporate policies and HR strategies. Resolve workplace conflicts through professional mediation. Conduct investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed. Create and present reports, policies, and presentations clearly and effectively. Handle HRMS software implementation, updates, and usage across the organization. Maintain attendance machine data and coordinate with IT or vendors as required. Assist in organizing internal functions, celebrations, and corporate events.
