HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisals.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics as required by management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
