Job Description

Senior Purchase Executive MEP

Role & responsibilities

Procurement of MEP materials (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV)
Vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization
Preparation and release of Purchase Orders as per project requirements
Coordination with project, engineering, and store teams
Ensuring timely delivery of materials at site
Cost optimization and budget control
Monitoring market trends and material pricing
Maintaining procurement records, MIS, and documentation
Handling material-related issues such as delays, shortages, and quality concerns

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech (Engineering preferred)
Experience: 4 to 8 years in MEP procurement
Strong knowledge of MEP materials, brands, and specifications
Experience in construction, real estate, or EPC projects
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel
