Proven experience in rigid packaging manufacturing using injection molding processes. Responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Administration . Proficient in SAP and its application in plant operations and reporting. Exposure to and experience in handling plant-level commercial activities . Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Head in an injection molding unit. This requires knowledge of specific printing processes, color separation (pre-press), and an understanding of material limitations (paper, board, substrates). Artwork Adaptation: Modify and adapt artwork for different sizes, languages, and regions while ensuring brand consistency. Quality Control: Review and approve proofs for quality accuracy to ensure the final printed product accurately matches the design specifications. Collaboration: Work with marketing, production, and regulatory affairs teams to meet project deadlines and compliance requirements. Artwork Development : Existing artwork adapt curve (IML KLD) formed & also prepare die-cut (KLD) adaption. Required Skills and Software : Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign & MS Excel. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and printing techniques (Digital, IML, HTL, Screen). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in packaging/label artwork.
