Proven experience in rigid packaging manufacturing using injection molding processes. Responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Administration . Proficient in SAP and its application in plant operations and reporting. Exposure to and experience in handling plant-level commercial activities . Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Head in an injection molding unit. Preferred candidate profile Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance across departments. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Injection Molding processes, IML Robotics, and associated utilities and auxiliaries.
