QA Manager/Senior QA Manager

1. KEY SKILL: - PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING, PLASTIC RAW MATERIAL, CIPET, PACKAGING , INDUSTRIES, IMS Preferable Experience In Injection Moulding Pails/Containers Required For Paint/Oil/Food Industries, Knowledge Of Plastic Parts And Plastic Raw Material

2. Quality Management & Compliance Establish

   : a)) implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 22000 or customer standards b) Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory norms, and customer quality requirements. c) Lead customer audits, internal audits, and supplier audits. d) Develop and update SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and other documents.

3. Injection Molding Quality Control :

   a) Oversee quality checks during material receipt, in-process inspection, and final dispatch.

4. Customer & Supplier Management :

   a) Handle customer complaints using CAPA, and root cause analysis. b) Maintain strong communication with customers for quality approvals. Evaluate, qualify, and audit suppliers (raw material, colorants, masterbatch, molding consumables). c) Implement Action Taken Effectively On Shop Floor To Avoid The Re-Occurrence Of The Customer Complaint/Rejection

5. Process Improvement Lead : a)

   continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts. b) Reduce rejections, scrap, downtime, and customer returns. Drive process capability improvements (Cp, Cpk). c) Implement preventive and predictive quality controls.

6. Conducting Training Programs/On-Job Training To Workers/Supervisors/Officers.

7. Deployment Of Work Among The Team And Monitor The Effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, parameters, and defect analysis.
2. Hands-on experience with quality systems, audits, and documentation. Expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, CAPA.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
4. Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
5. Strong customer handling and communication skills.
6. Leadership and team development skills.
