Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, printing technology, or a related discipline. Experience: Proven experience in flexographic printing, preferably in a production environment. Technical Skills: Knowledge of flexo printing machinery, materials, and processes. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues.
