Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

As a Senior Project Manager (Product), you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of platform development projects. You will ensure that product features are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with the strategic roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to maximize platform impact and value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead end-to-end delivery of product development projects, from planning to deployment.

·      Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leads to define project scope, timelines, and

deliverables.

·      Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans proactively.

·      Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and communicating effectively to meet product goals.

·      Facilitate agile ceremonies, track KPIs, and report on project performance to leadership.

·      Drive process improvements and optimize workflows for faster and higher-quality product delivery.

·      Mentor junior project managers or team leads to build a high-performing project management

function.

·      Act as the key interface between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for platform

initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

MBA preferred

·      8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in SaaS/product-based environments.

·      Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in platform/product development.

·      Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other product delivery methodologies.

·      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
