Role Overview

Senior Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day
production operations
and supervise teams to meet customer demand and achieve 100% On-Time Fulfillment (OTF).
Plan shift goals, schedules, workflows, and resource allocation for both direct and indirect labor.
Manage multiple production cells, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Drive quality performance by ensuring
First Pass Yield (FPY)
targets are met.
Train and mentor new hires (operator level) and oversee material/logistics activities to avoid disruptions.
Monitor and improve
cell performance, efficiency, and productivity
.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to align with customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with
standard work practices, material handling, storage, and documentation controls
.
Apply
root cause analysis and corrective actions
to resolve failures and enhance yield.
Leverage
SAP Production Module
for scheduling, reporting, and operational tracking.
Utilize
MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and time management tools
for reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
Agile mindset with flexibility to work in multiple shifts
