Roles and Responsibilities : Production Engineer with knowledge of machining, minimum Exp 5- 10 Years in the field of Stainless Steel and Exotic Fabrication in Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger with knowledge in ASME code and all welding Procedure Monitoring the daily production Responsible for making Bar chart Responsible for Machine Maintenance Participate in the production planning Responsible for calculating project lead-time. Decision about manufacturing outsourcing process Prioritize the work orders Resource planning as per the defined standards Maintain cost of operations to the defined level Labor cost to be monitored to the budgeted level Maximum utilization of the utilities Teamwork abilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ASME & PED certified projects and a proven track record of executing complex manufacturing jobs. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead production planning and shop floor execution for Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, and related equipment. Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, IX, II (A, B & C) and European standards (PED) . Optimize processes, manage manpower, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Procurement teams for seamless execution. Monitor production progress, resolve bottlenecks, and drive efficiency improvements. Oversee welding & fabrication activities ensuring adherence to WPS/PQR/WPQ and project requirements. Handle documentation, scheduling, and liaison with inspection agencies. 🔹 Skills & Qualifications Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 6+ years of experience in fabrication (SS, Super Duplex, MS materials). Strong expertise in Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, and Machining .
