Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time.
Ensure quality products by monitoring raw material inspection, process control, and final product testing.
Implement cost reduction measures through process improvements and resource optimization.
Oversee daily operations of the press shop, roll forming, powder coating, fabrication, and other related areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in production engineering or management in an auto component industry setting.
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant field; MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including stamping (press shop), roll forming, powder coating, fabrication etc.
