You will operate and maintain Amada RG M2 1003 and Hindustan Hydraulics EHP 200 press brake machines. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, on-time bending of components that are critical to elevator manufacturing. Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and perform basic maintenance tasks. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Maintain accurate daily production records, including quantity, quality, and downtime. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct supervisory skill training and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Allocate manpower and monitor production lines for smooth operations.
