Requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Identify and define AI/ML-powered features that deliver significant value to users and the business.
• Draft detailed product specifications and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Partner with globally distributed teams across different time zones, maintaining strong communication and alignment.
• Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to scope and prioritize opportunities that improve the overall product experience.
• Establish clear success metrics and analyze product performance to inform future iterations and optimizations.
• Keep a pulse on market trends, competitive products, and best practices in SaaS and B2B platforms to influence strategic decisions.
  

What We Look For:

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years working on AI/ML-powered solutions.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with enterprise customers and multi-tenant architectures.
• Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional, startup-like environment.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists, making informed trade-offs involving models, infrastructure, and data.
• Demonstrated ability to lead both early-stage products (0 to 1) and improve mature features with a user-first approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and rally cross-functional teams.
• A strategic thinker who's also comfortable diving into the details to drive execution.
• Passion for ethical and responsible AI, with a strong understanding of transparency and explainability.
• Familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI, Vertex AI, or other LLM-based technologies is a strong plus.
