Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap to launch and iteration. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver products that delight users and drive measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of new features and enhancements.Gather and analyze customer insights, usage data, and market trends to inform decisions.Collaborate with design and engineering to define clear product requirements and user stories.Drive product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.Measure product success through KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Lead cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.Continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.Mentor junior product managers and contribute to improving internal product processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SaaS, AI, or consumer tech).Proven track record of owning high-impact product initiatives from ideation to launch.Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.Job DetailsRole Level: Entry-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: India City: india Company Website: auveoo.com Job Function: Marketing Company Industry/Sector: Health and Human ServicesWhat We Offer
