Senior Product Manager

Joining means shaping one of the hardest problems in US healthcare. At

PMs own outcomes, not tasks. We move fast, think analytically, and make decisions that

Responsibilities:

● Own and scale a core product line end-to-end from discovery to delivery and beyond.

● Partner with engineering, design, and clinical teams to translate customer workflows

into intuitive, high-performing SaaS products.

● Drive product strategy and roadmap decisions backed by data, insights, and clear

business logic.

● Define and track key success metrics, adoption, efficiency, retention, and customer ROI

and use them to guide iterations.

● Bring analytical and structured thinking to every decision framing problems clearly,

prioritizing trade-offs, and influencing across teams.

● Collaborate with GTM and leadership on pricing, packaging, and customer feedback

loops.

● Represent the customer internally,ensuring every product choice ties back to real user

value and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise

technology.

● Proven track record of building or scaling data-driven, workflow-heavy products.

● Strong analytical skills, ability to break down complex, multi-variable problems into

structured, logical solutions.

● Deep understanding of prioritization, trade-offs, and stakeholder management in

fast-paced environments.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.

● A builder’s mindset ,comfortable taking ideas from 0 - 1 and scaling them systematically

Nice to have :

● Experience working through different stages of the product lifecycle (discovery,

execution, launch, post launch).

● Stronger analytical skills and ability to handle complex trade-offs.

● Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

● Prior experience working in AI driven or data-centric product companies
