Job Purpose

IDFC First Bank is at the forefront of B1AI-driven digital transformation, leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI to enhance customer experience, automate workflows, and drive hyper-personalization. As a Senior Product Manager – Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in defining, building, and scaling AI-powered products and solutions that transform banking experiences across digital and assisted channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Generative AI initiatives within IDFC First Bank.
Identify high-impact AI use cases across customer engagement, operations, compliance, and risk management.
Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and regulatory requirements to build compliant and innovative AI solutions.

AI Product Development & Execution

Own the end-to-end development of AI-driven products, from ideation to launch, in collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams.
Define clear success metrics (KPIs) and ensure continuous product iteration based on data insights.
Work closely with AI/ML engineers to build scalable models while ensuring explainability, fairness, and security.
Partner with Legal & Compliance to ensure AI solutions meet ethical, regulatory, and risk requirements.

User-Centric AI Experiences

Design AI-powered conversational interfaces, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows to enhance digital banking experiences.
Work with UX/UI designers to ensure AI-generated content and recommendations align with brand tone and customer expectations.
Leverage NLP, LLMs (Large Language Models), and multi-modal AI to drive personalized interactions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Act as the bridge between AI research, engineering, business teams, and external partners.
Work closely with Digital Banking, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
Drive AI adoption by educating internal teams on capabilities and responsible AI usage.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant streamPost-graduation: Any Stream
