Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Generative AI at IDFC First Bank, you will be instrumental in shaping and expanding AI-driven products that redefine the banking experience across digital and assisted channels. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing product strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering user-centric AI interactions. In this role, you will be tasked with defining the product vision and roadmap for Generative AI projects within the bank. Your focus will involve identifying impactful AI applications in customer engagement, operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management. Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory guidelines will be essential as you strive to develop innovative and compliant AI solutions. Your involvement will extend to overseeing the entire lifecycle of AI product development, from conceptualization to launch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving product enhancements based on data-driven insights. Collaborating with AI/ML engineers, you will ensure the creation of scalable and secure models that prioritize explainability and fairness. Furthermore, you will be pivotal in crafting user-centric AI experiences through the design of conversational interfaces, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows that elevate digital banking interactions. Collaborating with UX/UI designers, you will ensure that AI-generated content aligns with brand voice and customer expectations, utilizing advanced AI technologies like NLP and LLMs to personalize user engagements. Your role as a Senior Product Manager will also involve serving as a liaison between AI research, engineering, business units, and external stakeholders. By fostering collaboration with various teams such as Digital Banking, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support, you will facilitate the seamless integration of AI solutions. Additionally, you will drive internal awareness and adoption of AI capabilities by championing responsible AI practices within the organization. To excel in this position, you are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, with a preference for post-graduation in any stream. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is expected to effectively fulfill the duties and expectations associated with this role.,
