As a Procurement - senior executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement activities of the organization. Your role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services essential for the company's operations. Your contribution is vital in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials, equipment, and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize the procurement process and achieve cost savings. - Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships for a reliable supply chain. - Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing, availability, and quality of goods and services. - Manage the procurement budget, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to meet financial objectives. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions. - Assess and manage risks associated with procurement activities, including supplier selection and compliance with legal requirements. - Lead and supervise a procurement team, providing guidance and training for efficient operations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations are met. - Implement relevant systems to streamline procurement processes. - Monthly projection of inventory items and decrease in TAT of procurement. - Fulfill B2B requirements within a specified period. - Work on project-based outputs. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a procurement role. - In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration. - Proficiency in using procurement software and systems. - Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
