About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Process Associate – US Benefits & Enrollment
who has hands-on expertise in managing
end-to-end US employee benefits administration
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for benefits enrollment, eligibility management, plan changes, and coordination with insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US benefits regulations. This role requires strong process knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle benefits-related queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US benefits processing including enrollments, terminations, and life event changes.
- Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans in accordance with company policies and US compliance standards.
- Handle benefits data entry and updates accurately in HR and benefits systems.
- Coordinate with employees, HR teams, and insurance carriers to resolve benefits-related issues.
- Verify eligibility, coverage details, and premium deductions during payroll cycles.
- Conduct regular audit and reconciliation of benefits data between HRIS and carrier systems.
- Assist with annual open enrollment, communication materials, and employee education.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and other US benefits regulations.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and generate reports for management and compliance audits.
- Provide excellent employee support and maintain confidentiality in handling personal data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in US benefits administration and enrollment (end-to-end).
- Strong understanding of US benefits laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience using HRIS and benefits platforms (such as ADP, Workday, UltiPro, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting US open enrollment and benefits audits.
- Familiarity with multi-state benefit plans and coordination with multiple vendors.
- Exposure to 401(k) administration and benefits accounting reconciliation.
