In this role as a Transformation Delivery Senior Consultant at EY, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on complex business, technology, and infrastructure transformations. Your unique voice and perspective will play a crucial role in helping EY become even better, while also building an exceptional experience for yourself and contributing to a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As a successful Transformation Design and Execution Senior, you will collaborate with clients to design and establish Transformation Management Office (TMO), Program Management Office (PMO), or Project Portfolio Management solutions. You will work closely with engagement leadership to plan, control, and execute complex programs, gain valuable insights, and drive strategic conversations with key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and establish Transformation Management Office (TMO), Program Management Office (PMO), or Project Portfolio Management solutions - Partner with engagement leadership to plan, control, and execute complex programs - Work with the Technology Solutions team to leverage technology in solution design - Assessments and Process Design - Capability Roadmap Development and execution - PMO Setup & Operations **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree (BE - B. Tech / MCA) with 6-9 years of related work experience OR graduate degree with 4 years of related work experience - Minimum of 6 years experience in large-scale complex programs in areas such as PMO/EPMO design, program road-mapping, resource/capacity management, or portfolio management - Strong communication and presentation skills - Flexibility to work in US and UK time zones - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools **Additional Details about EY:** At EY, you will be part of a diverse and interdisciplinary environment that emphasizes high quality and knowledge exchange.
