Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Transformation Delivery Senior Consultant with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation delivery and consulting, with excellent communication and presentation skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Design and establish Transformation Management Office (TMO), Program Management Office (PMO), or Project Portfolio Management business processes and solutions. Partner with engagement leadership to design and establish core processes and support a delivery team in planning, controlling, and executing complex programs. Collaborate with Technology Solutions teams to leverage technology as part of solution design. Assess and design processes to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks, fostering effective teamwork to drive results. Support planning activities for large, complex client programs, owning tracking activities for key milestones and deliverables. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree (BE - B. Tech / MCA) and approximately 6+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas effectively. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Project Management tools such as MS Project/Clarity PPM/Primavera. Ability to work flexibly in US and UK time zones, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. Experience supporting and participating in pursuit efforts, including end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution). Understanding of Agile concepts, Business analysis skills, and Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO).
