Job Title: Senior Operations Manager Company: XLCN Exotic Inc. Location: Jalandhar (Night Shift: 7 PM – 5 AM, Monday to Saturday) Reports To: Director / Founder 🧩 About Us: XLCN Exotic Inc. is a dynamic and fast-growing company managing diverse verticals including Airbnb property operations, compliance management, digital marketing, finance, HR, civil engineering, and architecture. We strive to deliver high-quality services across all functions, with a collaborative and result-oriented work culture. 🎯 Role Overview: The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining the day-to-day functioning of all departments. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence through process improvements, inter-departmental coordination, and strategic planning. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily operations across HR, Finance, social media, Airbnb, Compliance, Civil, and Architecture departments. Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency. Identify performance gaps and ensure KPIs are met across all teams. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments. Track progress on ongoing projects and conduct weekly performance reviews. Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of operational roadblocks. Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and performance management. Use operational software and dashboards to monitor productivity and reporting. Lead change management initiatives and automation tools for improved efficiency. Report weekly/monthly performance metrics and strategic suggestions to the Director. 👤 Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration, Operations, or related field. Minimum 8+ years of experience in an operations or general management role. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Leadership qualities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Hands-on knowledge of operational software like Excel, Google Workspace, task trackers, or ERP tools. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively during night shifts and manage 24x7 operational environments ✅ Preferred Experience: Exposure to property management platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) Familiarity with compliance and HR processes. Background in managing digital and field teams (like civil/architect departments).
