Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transport operations and lead a team of drivers and helpers.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor vehicle routes to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
• Maintain and track all vehicle documents – RC, insurance, PUC, permits, etc.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle servicing, maintenance, and breakdown handling.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with RTO and transport-related regulations.
• Maintain updated MIS reports and present operational data to management.
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain high levels of service reliability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–7 years of operations experience (preferably in car rental, logistics, or travel)
• Graduate (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in Transport/Logistics (preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and vehicle management
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic tech tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends, if required)
