Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily transport operations including vehicle scheduling, routing, and allocation
• Coordinate with drivers for timely pick-ups, drop-offs, and assignments
• Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, permits) are maintained and updated
• Track vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage
• Maintain accurate transport-related records and logs
• Report any operational issues or delays to the Transport Manager
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules, RTO regulations, and internal company policies
• Manage vendors and service providers for timely repairs and upkeep
• Help control daily transport costs through efficient planning and execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduated in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in operations (transport/car rental/logistics preferred)
• Familiarity with Delhi NCR routes is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp communication, etc.)
• Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
• Reliable, punctual, and organized in work approach
