Senior Merchandiser

Sr. merchandiser at Campus mall is responsible for operations function where they manage a team to execute product development, Vendor Management, Planning and Execution all orders at Campus Mall Operations Team Leader ensures the seamless execution of all operational commitments including execution of all orders. They manage a team to execute vendor management, production planning, quality assurance, and timely delivery, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. - Research and develop new vendors- Research and Develop new products- Sample development from concept, to fabric selection, to trims and finishing- Analyze Product Costing, Compare & Negotiate Price, and Estimate Production Lead Times- Identify the best vendor for each product- Visit vendors as required- Timely Ledger sync and payments to vendors Production Planning & Execution- Execute orders end to end: from Sales Order to Customer Delivery.- Coordinate with supply chain: Send POs, prioritize orders/products, manage lead times, and ensure timely delivery.- Coordinate with the sales team: Understand client specifications, lead times, and provide timely updates on orders.- Quality Control: Develop and implement QC protocols for all Campus Mall products.- Plan raw materials, fabrics, and trims to ensure uninterrupted supply at the factory and branches.- Maintain sufficient product stock across all branches.- PO has to be cross checked above 1000pcs qty or big clients. Production Planning and Execution- Execute orders end to end: Sales Order to Customer Delivery- Coordinate with supply chain: Send POs, priorities orders / products, manage lead times, and ensure timely delivery- Coordinate with Sales team: Understand client specifications, lead times and provide timely updates on orders- Quality Control: Develop & Implement a QC Protocol for all products of Campus Mall- Plan all raw materials, Fabrics, trims to ensure un-interrupted supply to operations at factory site and all company branches- Plan and maintain sufficient product stock across all branches Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough quality checks at key early stages (Artwork, Tech Pack, Specifications, Fabrics, Colors).
- Implement pre-production sample checks to catch errors early.- Final quality audit before dispatch to ensure accuracy in size, design, and finishing.- Document quality issues and implement corrective actions. Manage Operations Team- Ensure team is on point with their task and activities- Give clarity on tasks and expectations on result and timeline- Product training for all team members Product Development & Vendor Management:

- Research and develop new vendors and products.
- Sample development: From concept, fabric selection, trims, to finishing.- Analyze product costing, compare prices, and estimate production lead times.- Identify the best vendor for each product based on quality and reliability.- Regular vendor visits and audits to maintain quality standards. Operations Insights & Reporting- Timely review and submission of invoices to Management- Accurate & timely, tracking & reporting of Current pipeline- Analyze and report production performance e.g., lead times and rejection rates- Analyze product demand and make stock recommendation to management Managing Operations Team:- Ensure clarity on tasks, timelines, and expectations for the team.- Provide regular training on product specifications and quality standards.- Monitor team performance and provide feedback. Operational Insights & Reporting:

- Timely review and submission of invoices to management.
- Accurate and timely reporting of the current production pipeline.- Analyze production performance (lead times, rejection rates) and make data-driven recommendations.- Monthly audit of quality checks and documentation Supplier Metrics: Measurable Metrics- Achieve T-2 dispatch timeline for 100% of the orders executed- First-Time Quality Pass
